Brussels Sprouts With Walnuts

A lovely dish for Thanksgiving

Ingredients
canola oil (for frying)
1 1/2
honey
2
tbsp red wine vinegar
1
tbsp olive oil
1/2
lb brussels sprouts, trimmed and quartered
1/4
cup fresh cranberries
1/4
cup toasted walnut pieces
Directions
1.
Heat a few spoons of canola in a pan to fry the brussels sprouts
2.
Mix together honey, vinegar and olive oil in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper
3.
Fry brussels sprouts until edges begin to brown and curl, 2-3 minutes. Add cranberries and fry for another minute. Toss the fried brussels sprouts with the dressing then add in toasted walnuts.
