Ingredients

cups almond milk

tbsp chia seeds
1
tsp vanilla
3
tsp sugar-free maple syrup or monk fruit simple syrup
Directions
1.
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.
2.
Let it sit for 10 mins in the fridge.
3.
Whisk again to remove any clumps.
4.
Set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
5.
Add toppings: berries, granola, seeds, more syrup to taste.
