Soften yeast in water for 5 minutes. Add warm milk (Beat on number 6) and 1 cup flour beating thoroughly.

Let mixture stand for about 20 minutes. Blend together beaten eggs, sugar, melted butter and salt.

Add to yeast mixture blend well, then work remaining flour and 1 tablespoon grated orange rind.

Knead on floured board till dough is smooth and elastic. Place dough in greased bowl. Grease top of dough lightly cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk. Divide dough into halves, form each half into a long roll. Cut each roll into 24 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball. Dip each ball into melted butter then into sugar which has been blended with 1 tablespoon grated orange rind, then into chopped pecans.

Place coated rolls into greased tube pan close together and in layers. Let stand in warm place about 40 minutes or until light.
