Pudding Stuffed Tench

A fish stuffed with a different pudding. Also add a touch of yourself by adding your own sweet treats.

Ingredients
tench
bread
any sweet cream
4
yokes of eggs
any sweet herbs
pepper
salt
nutmeg
2
sticks of butter
2
preserved orange mints
Directions
1.
Scale the tench and wash it clean it, and dry it with a cloth. Then take bread, sweet cream of your choice, the yolks of two or three eggs, a few parboiled currins, a few sweet herbs of your choice and mix and chop it. Add Nutmeg and Pepper to make a stiff Pudding. Put it in to the stomach of the fish. Then season your fish with a little Pepper, Salt, and Nutmeg and put a stick of sweet butter and bake it. Put it in the over then take it out after 10 minutes and put a piece of a preserved orange mints. Then take vinegar, Nutmeg, Butter, Sugar, and the yolk of a new egg and boil it on coals, always stirring it to keep it from getting chunky. Place back in the oven and eat when finished cooking.
