Sour Cream And Chicken Enchiladas

From moms kitchen. A quick casserole style enchilada dish.

Ingredients

can of cream of chicken soup
1
pt sour cream
2
chicken bullion cubes
1
tsp cumin
2
bunches green onions, finely chopped
1
lb shredded chicken
1
can whole green chili's or fresh if you have them, strips
1
lb shredded cheddar cheese
1
package of corn tortillas
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 F

Mix sour cream, chicken bullion cubes, and cream of chicken soup in a sauce pan under medium heat, season to taste with cumin.
3.
Heat until bullion cubes are melted.
4.
In a casserole dish layer corn tortillas, sauce, shredded chicken, sliced green chillies, cheese and green onion until casserole is full.
5.
Bake at 350 F for 30-45 minutes.
