Buttermilk Fried Chicken

Ingredients

cups buttermilk
dash of Salt
4
tsp of cayenne pepper
3
cups flour
4
chicken breasts
Directions
1.
Pound chicken to flatten, put buttermilk & 2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper in a bowl, dip chicken into milk mixture, put 2 cups of flour, 2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper and salt into a plastic bag. Remove chicken from milk and drop into bag and shake to adhere flour mix to chicken. Heat olive oil in a pan on stove, place chicken into hot oil long enough to brown flipping over half way through. Then place in glass dish in over. 350’ x 40 minutes.
