Taken boneless chicken breasts cut into cubes, s ramble eggs & milk, dip chicken into mix, put seasoned bread crumbs into a bag and shake moistened chicken in bag. Heat pan with olive oil & sauté chicken pieces in oil. Once browned place in glass dish and cover half way with chicken broth. Place in oven for 35 minutes on 350’ remove and place slices of Munster cheese over top of chicken then return to oven for additional 5 minutes to melt cheese.
