No Bake Pumpkin Cream Pie

Ingredients

cups confectioners' sugar

(8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
4
tbsp (1/2 stick) butter, softened
1
tbsp vanilla
1
tsp pumpkin pie spice
1
can (16 oz) pumpkin
1
9-inch prepared graham-cracker crust
1
cup heavy cream, whipped (optional)
Directions
1.
Beat sugar, cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice with electric mixer 1-2 minutes, until fluffy.

Add pumpkin until blended. Spoon into pie crust.

Chill 6 hours or overnight. Serve with whipped cream as desired. Makes 1 pie or 8 servings.

TIP: 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/8 tsp ginger and 1/8 tsp cloves can be substituted for pumpkin pie spice.
