cup sugar

cups canned pumpkin

cup milk

tsp salt
1/2
tsp ginger
1/2
tsp cinnamon
1/2
tsp nutmeg

envelope (1 tbsp) unflavored gelatin
1/4
cup cold water
Directions
1.
Beat egg yolks, add 1/3 cup sugar, pumpkin, milk, salt and spices. Heat in double boiler, stirring. Sprinkle gelatin on cold water. Dissolve in hot mixture. Chill until slightly thickened. Beat egg whites stiff, add sugar. Fold in pumpkin. Pour in baked pie shell. Chill
