Carrot Cake (Layer)

Ingredients

cups wesson oil

cups sugar

eggs

cups sifted self-rising flour

tbsp cinnamon

cups grated carrots
ICING:
1
(8 oz) cream cheese
1
stick margarine
1
box of confectioners' sugar
1 1/2
cups chopped pecans
Directions
1.
Cream the oil, sugar and eggs. Then add flour, cinnamon, and carrots.
2.
Bake at 350 degrees in four 8 or 9' pan until done (about 25 minutes) - test with toothpick. While cooling, blend icing ingredients. Ice cake when cooled.
