Let butter, cream, coffee and eggs warm to room temperature for easy mixing. (Butter should be very soft). Grease and flour an 11 1/4x 7 1/2" x 1 1/4" baking pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine room temperature ingredients with remaining ingredients, except candy bars, in large bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 1 minute, scraping side of bowl with plastic spatulas. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) for 40 minutes or until center springs back when lightly pressed with fingertip. Place on wire rack.

Break chocolate bars into pieces; place on hot cake; let stand 1 minute, then spread softened chocolate with spatula to frost cake. Cool before serving.
