Rhubarb Custard Pie

Ingredients
Pastry for 9-inch Two-crust Pie

eggs

cups sugar
3
tbsp milk
1/4
cup flour
1/2
tsp nutmeg
4
cups diced rhubarb
1
tbsp butter or margarine
Directions
1.
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare pastry. Beat eggs slightly; adding remaining ingredients except butter and mix thoroughly. Pour into pastry-lined pie pan. Dot with butter. Cover with lattice top. Cover edge with 2- to 3-inch strip of aluminum foil to prevent excessive browning; remove foil last 15 minutes of baking. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until nicely browned. Serve slightly warm.
