Mw Best Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
6
squares (6 oz.) dark sweet chocolate
3
tbsp water
3
large eggs, separated
1 1/2
tsp brandy or rum flavoring
Directions
1.
In 4 cup glass measure, microwave chocolate squares and water 1 to 2 minutes on HIGH, until melted, stirring once at half-time.
2.
Rapidly stir in egg yolks, Add Flavoring.
3.
Stiffly-beat egg whites and fold into chocolate mixture until no trace of white remains. Pour evenly into 6 demitasse cups or small dessert dishes. Chill at least 2 hours. Serve garnished with whipped cream and/or sweet chocolate curls.
