Directions

Melt over hot (not boiling) water semi-sweet real chocolate morsels; remove from heat. Add corn syrup and bourbon. In large bowl, combine vanilla wafer crumbs, confectioners' sugar and nuts. Add chocolate mixture; mix well. Let stand about 30 minutes. Form into 1-inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar. Let season in covered container for several days, Makes 4 1/2 dozen cookies.
