lb ground beef

cup chopped onion

cups hot water

cup carrots, chopped
1
cup celery, chopped
1
cup potatoes, cubed

tsp salt

tsp pepper
1
bay leaf
basil
6
whole fresh tomatoes or 2 cans tomatoes
Directions
1.
Brown ground beef, drain.
2.
Stir in tomatoes and all other ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
