Place chocolate and whipping cream in 2-quart glass mixing bowl. Microwave 1 minute on 70%. Stir to blend chocolate.

Add marshmallows. Microwave 40 seconds on HIGH. Stir vigorously. Microwave mixture on additional 35 second on HIGH. Stir vigorously to blend marshmallows. Mixture should be smooth.

Stir in nuts and vanilla. Cool slightly and serve. Store leftover sauce in refrigerator. Sauce is best served hot over ice cream.
