cup coconut

cup chopped nuts

tsp vanilla

tsp almond extract
Directions
1.
In 1 1/2 to 2-quart glass casserole beat eggs and sugar together. Blend in remaining ingredients.
2.
Microwave 12 minutes on 70%, quarter-turning every 3 minutes. While hot beat with a wooden spoon til gooey.
3.
Let cool about 30 minutes till you can handle it lightly to form 1" balls without sticking to your hands. Roll in granulated sugar, keep refrigerated. Yield: 3 dozen 1" balls
