In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except candy. Blend well with spoon; mixture will be very thick.

Shape into 1" balls, roll in additional sugar; place around edge of wax paper-lined glass microwave tray or other microproof dish.

Microwave 1 dozen cookies 2 1/2 minutes on 70% or until set but not firm, 6 cookies about 1 minute on 70%.

Immediately upon removing from oven, lightly press one chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie before it cools. Cookie should cack slightly around edges.

Slide wax paper with cookies onto cooling rack and let cool several minutes until easy to peel off of paper. Finish cooling cookies on rack after removing from wax paper. Yields: 6 dozen cookies
