Grandma Blondie's Chicken Breast

Ingredients

whole chicken breasts; split, skimmed, and boned

4x4 inch sliced swiss cheese
1
can (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/4
cup dry white wine, optional
1
cup herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/4
cup butter or oleo, melted
1
cup minute rice
1
soup can of water
Directions
1.
Put rice in bottom of 13x9" baking dish, place chicken over rice top with cheese slices.
2.
Mix soup, water, and wine - if you use wine; stir well pour over chicken, sprinkle stuffing mix over.
3.
Next drizzle butter over stuffing mix.
4.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until chicken is tender - uncovered.
