In large mixing bowl, cream margarine and sugars, then add oil and eggs and beat well. Add vanilla.

Sift all other dry ingredients together and combine with first mixture. Cover and chill overnight.

Take a teaspoonful of dough and shape into a 1" ball. Place on brown paper-lined glass tray or other micro-proof utensil. Press with bottom of a glass dipped in sugar to flatten.

Microwave 12 for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes on 30% until set but not firm. Turn tray if necessary to prevent scorch spots in cookies. Yield 6 dozen
