Fruity Sour Cream Pie

Ingredients

baked graham cracker pie crust
3
graham crackers, crushed
FILLING:
1
cup boiling water
1
package (3-ounces) lemon-flavored gelatin
1/2
cup sugar
1
cup sour cream
1
cup fresh blueberries or halved fresh strawberries
Directions
1.
Bring 1 cup water to boil on HIGH. Dissolve gelatin and sugar in water. Cool to room temperature.
2.
Add sour cream slowly to gelatin and blend well.
3.
Refrigerate mixture until thickened but not set, about 1 hour.
4.
Stir in fresh fruit and spoon into pie crust.
5.
Chill for 3 hours or until set. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Yields: 1 (9-inch) pe
