Favorite Micro Pie Crust

Ingredients
2
cups all-purpose flour, sifted
1
tsp salt
1/3
cup solid shortening
1/3
cup margarine, softened
1/4
cup water
Directions
1.
In mixing bowl combine dry ingredients; cut in shortening and margarine until size of peas.
2.
Sprinkle water over dry mixture. Toss quickly with fork until dough is moist enough to gather into a ball. Cut in half and roll out one crust at a time.
3.
Flute each one and prick closely with fork on all sides, bottom and inside edges of dish. Microwave one shell about 6 minutes on HIGH or until opaque and no scorching. Cool then fill and cook again or refrigerate with no-cook filling.
4.
NOTE: If center of crust remains soggy, set pie dish on inverted saucer or dish while microwaving. Yields: 2 (8 or 9-inch shells)
