Wilted Spinach Salad

Ingredients
1/2
lb sliced fresh mushroom
1
red onion sliced thin
1
lb spinach (stems removed and cleaned)
1/2
lb bacon
1/2
tsp dijon mustard
1/4
cup red wine vinegar
Few drops of Worcestershire sauce
2
tbspn lemon juice
1
tspn sugar
Directions
1.
Soak spinach in cold water, remove stems and dry thoroughly
2.
Slice mushrooms and onions thinly
3.
Cook bacon until crisp, set fat aside. Crumble the bacon
4.
Add mustard to the bacon fat and blend. Add Worcestershire and blend. Add vinegar and Blend.
5.
Pour everything over salad and mix until greens are well covered. Top with fresh grinded pepper.
