Basic Chili

An easy-to-make, easy-to-love chili recipe. Perfect for those chilly winter nights.

Ingredients
1
tsp vegetable oil
1
lb lean ground beef
1
medium onion, chopped
2
cans condensed tomato soup
1
cup water
1
tsp salt
1
tsp black pepper
1
tbls chili powder
Directions
1.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2.
Add your ground beef and onion.
3.
Cook and stir until beef is browned.
4.
Drain excess fat.
5.
Place meat mixture, soup and water in your slow cooker.
6.
Add salt, pepper and chili powder to taste.
7.
Cover and cook on low for six hours.
