Falafel Wraps With Roasted Garlic Mayo

roasted garlic cloves

cup (60 ml) vegan mayonnaise

falafels
3/4
cup (184 gr) hummus
4
pita wraps
8
romaine lettuce leaves
2
medium tomatoes, sliced
Optional add-ins
cucumber
kalamata olive
medium red onion
sliced black olives
Directions
1.
In a small bowl, mash the roasted garlic. Then add the mayo and stir to combine.
2.
Spread a thin layer of the garlic mayo and a generous amount of hummus on the wrap.
3.
Add the falafel, lettuce, and tomatoes to the wrap, roll shut and enjoy!

Storage

The assembled wrap is best if enjoyed immediately.

The garlic mayo can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
