Grandma Hinshaw's Blueberry Cobbler

She had recipes for everything you could think of, but my favorite has always been her Blueberry Cobbler. She must have had hundreds of recipes written down on scratch paper scattered throughout the kitchen, but before she passed away this past March 2020, she made sure to write this one down for me.
