Garlic Broccoli

Ingredients
2
heads of broccoli, cut into florets
2
tbsp minced garlic
1/4-1/2
cups low-sodium vegetable broth
Salt, to taste
Directions
1.
Cut the broccoli into florets.
2.
Bring water to boil in a steamer. Once the water is boiling, steam the broccoli for 4 1/2 minutes.
3.
Meanwhile, add the broth and garlic to a non-stick pan over medium heat. Stir frequently as you reduce the liquid until almost gone and the garlic is golden.
4.
Add the broccoli to the garlic and toss. Let sit for 1-2 minutes to let the bottom get a little golden.
5.
Salt to taste.
