Peas And Iceberg Lettuce Salad.

This was a salad my mother made and we all loved! Simple ingredients, but great taste! It's not as good the second or third day as it gets wilted, but it really is delicious!

Serves 6people
Ingredients
1
head iceberg lettuce.
2
cans peas (I like petite peas).
1/2
cup diced onions. (Red or white.)
Mayonnaise ( as needed, start with 1/2 cup and go from there)
Directions
1.
Break up the iceberg lettuce into bite-size pieces.
2.
Add the onions and then peas and stir gently.
3.
Add the half cup of Mayonnaise and add more to make it a nice consistency, not too gooey.
