Best Chocolate Cake

This is the best all in one cake. It’s moist and has a good chocolate flavor, but you can also emit the cocoa for a plain cake and use the recipe for perfect cupcakes.

Ingredients
Mix together
1/2
cup boiling water
1/2
cup oil
2
tbsp cocoa
1
tsp vanilla essence
In another bowl
1
cup flour
1
cup castor sugar
pinch salt
1 1/2
tsp baking powder +1/2 spoon in egg whites
4
large eggs, separated
Directions
1.
Grease a 23cm cake tin or line a pan with 24 cupcake cases.
2.
Beat egg whites until stiff with 1/2 tsp baking powder.
3.
Add egg yolks and cocoa mix to bowl of flour and mix.
4.
Lastly fold in egg whites.
5.
Bake in preheated oven @180*C for about 35 minutes for a cake, or about 15 minutes for cupcakes.
