Brownie Roll Out Cookies
A classic Christmas time dessert. I remember many evenings during the holidays where we watch watch a Christmas movie and Macie and I would roll out the dough and use festive cookie cutters and snag bites of the raw dough. Nothing is better than a warm brownie roll out cookie with a mug of coffee in December.
Whisk flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl and set aside.

Mix butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and cocoa in mixer. Gradually add the flour mixture, mixing until smooth.

Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for at least one hour.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll out cookie dough on a floured surface. Cut into desired shapes and add sprinkles as deemed necessary. Bake for 8-11 minutes and transfer to a wire rack to cool.
