Pizza Factory Twisted Breadsticks

cups warm water

cup melted butter

tsp granulated garlic

tsp dried rosemary leaves

tsp Season All (sold by Morton)

tbsp parmesan cheese
8 1/4
in. wooden dowels cut into 18 in lengths (craft store)
Directions
1.
Mix the yeast, sugar, and water together in an electric mixer. Let sit for a couple minutes to dissolve the yeast. Add the oil, salt, flour, and mix with a dough hook for about 5 minutes. Cover and let rise until the dough doubles in size (about 45 minutes). Divide dough into 8 equal parts. Lightly flour your hands and roll the dough into about a 16-18 in. long snake. Moisten your dowel a little and begin wrapping the dough around loosely. Pinch to secure the dough at the top and bottom. Leave about 5 in. at the end of the dowel. Place in a 9x13 baking sheet. While dough is rising until doubled in size, preheat oven to 375. Once dough has risen, brush with 1/4 C. melted butter. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Meanwhile, mix the remaining 1/2 C. melted butter, seasonings, and parmesan cheese. When breadsticks come out, brush them with the seasoned butter mixture.
