Beef Chili

Ingredients

tbsp Olive Oil

cups Chopped Onion
8
cloves of Garlic

lb Ground Beef
1/4
cup Taco Seasoning
1
can (28 oz) Diced Tomatoes
3
cups Chicken Broth
1
Drained Can Kidney Beans
1
Drained Can Black Beans
Directions
1.
Heat Oil, add onions and garlic, sauté 8 minutes
2.
Add meat and brown
3.
Add taco seasoning, stir 2 minutes
4.
Add tomatoes and Chicken broth
5.
Simmer 1.5 hours
6.
Mix in beans until warm
7.
Top with cheese (optional)
