Triple Berry Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

cups GF rolled oats

tbsp brown sugar

tbsp chia seeds
1
tsp baking powder
1
tsp ground cinnamon
1/4
tsp salt
1 3/4
cups milk
1/3
cup maple syrup
1/4
cup orange juice
2
eggs
2
tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2
tbsp coconut oil
1
cup strawberries
1/2
cup blueberries
1/2
cup raspberries
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 375f
2.
coat 9x13" pan with cooking spray
3.
combine oats, sugar, chia seeds, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt
4.
combine milk, maple syrup, orange juice, eggs, and vanilla
5.
add wet ingredients to dry ingredients
6.
add oil to mixture
7.
stir until well blended
8.
sprinkle the strawberries in bottom of dish
9.
add oat mixture evenly into pan
10.
sprinkle blueberries & raspberries on top
11.
bake for 30-35min until knife comes out clean
