Frango Com Leite De Coco

Ingredients

ml coconut milk

kg chicken fillet
1
chopped onion
1
chopped garlic clove
1
can of tomato puree
1
scoop chopped cilantro soup
2
scoops of oil soup
2
cups of Water
2
scoops of cornstarch soup
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1.
Season the fillets with salt and pepper, onion, garlic and set aside.

Heat the oil, saute the fillets, add the tomato puree, the

coentrate the water. Cover the pan and cook until the fillets
4.
become soft.
5.
Remove from heat, add coconut milk and starch, return to heat
6.
and stir until it thickens.
7.
Serve with the accompaniment of choice.
