Do The Jerk! Jerk Chicken

Ingredients
4
(4 oz) boneless skinless chicken breasts
2
tsp garlic powder
1
tsp sugar
1
tsp crushed red pepper
1
tsp thyme leaves
1/2
tsp salt
1/2
tsp ground allspice
1/2
tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
1.
Mix all spices together and place in plastic bag.
2.
Add chicken pieces, one at a time. Shake, shake, shake and shake some more.
3.
Grill chicken for about 5 minutes on each side or until done. (Or, roast in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.)
