Apple Pie

Ingredients

pie crust
5
cups of thinly sliced apples
1 1/4
cups of sugar
1/2
stick of butter
Cinnamon
Directions
1.
Preheat your oven and a cookie sheet covered with foil to 375
2.
Place a bottom crust into the pie pan. Gently form to pan
3.
Spread 1 cup of sliced applies in the crust
4.
Sprinkle 1/8 cup flour on that layer of apples
5.
Add 2 cups of sliced apples
6.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup of flour over the apples
7.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of sugar and cinnamon (we never measure, just generously cover with cinnamon)
8.
Add 2 cups of sliced apples
9.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of sugar on top with 1/4 cup of flour.
10.
Sprinkle generously with cinnamon
11.
Top with 1/2 stick of butter cut into 8 sliced scattered around the top
12.
Top with the 2nd pie crust fold up edges and flute to your liking
13.
Sprinkle a little more cinnamon and sugar on top.
14.
Cut slits in the top crust
15.
Bake at 375 on the preheated cover cookie sheet
16.
Bake for about 1 hour and 15 minuets. The pie is done with it is golden brown and bubbling over.
