Moist And Delicious Homemade Chocolate Cake

cup ~ HERSHEY'S Cocoa

tsps ~ baking powder
1-1/2
tsps ~ baking soda

tsp ~ salt

~ eggs

cup ~ milk
1/2
cup ~ vegetable oil
2
tsps ~ vanilla extract
1
cup ~ boiling water
Equipment Needed:
Round baking pans
Measuring cups and spoons
Mixing bowl
Mixer
Oven
Wire rack
Directions
1.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F, Grease and flour two 9-inch round baking pans. You can also use a 13x9x2 pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla; beat on medium speed of mixer 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour batter into prepared pans.

Bake 30 -35 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire racks. Cool completely. Frost with your favorite frosting, and enjoy.
