Flamin' Hot Cheetos Wings

We know by now how obsessed you are with Flamin' Hot Cheetos so I found this and thought you;d get a kick out of trying it! Ingredients

lb chicken wings
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper

cup all purpose flour

large eggs, beaten
1
(8.50 oz) bag Flammin' Hot Cheetos, crushed
1/4
cup hot sauce
2
tbsp honey
4
tbsp butter
1/4
cup buttermilk
2
tbsp mayo
3
tbsp sour cream
2
tsp freshly chopped dill
1/4
tsp onion powder
1/4
tsp garlic powder
Large pinch cayenne pepper
1/4
cup finely crumbled blue cheese
Celery sticks, for serving
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 425.
2.
Season chicken wings with salt and pepper, the dredge in flour.
3.
Arrange chicken in an even layer on a large baking sheet and bake for 18 to 20 minuets. or until chicken is cooked through
4.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine hot sauce, honey and butter. Microwave whisking every 15 seconds until butter is melted and mixture is combined.
5.
Pour hot sauce mixture over wings and arrange on platter.
6.
In a medium bowel, whisk together buttermilk, mayo, sour cream, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne, Stir in blue cheese.
7.
Serve wings hot, with dressing and celery sticks for dipping.
