Huli Huli Chicken

cup brown sugar

cup ketchup

cup soy sauce
1/3
cup chicken broth
2 1/2
tsp minced ginger root
1 1/2
tsp minced garlic
Directions
1.
Mix together. Hold back 1/2 cup for sauce. Put 5 pounds skinned chicken thighs in the marinade and let soak 24 hours. Cook the 1/2 cup sauce held back until bubbly. Grill chicken and serve on rice. Top with a bit of the sauce.
