Cookie Butter Cookies, Courtesy Of Rilie Read

One of my favorite things to have during the holidays is cookies. Cookies of any kind. Growing up my mom always made homemade cookies. As I got older, I decided I wanted to make my mom cookies of my own. She loves peanut butter cookies so I decided to go with that, googling a quick recipe and gathering all the ingredients. The only problem was we were out of peanut butter, but we had cookie butter. The cookie butter became the star of the show and to this day, Cookie Butter Cookies are my whole family’s favorite, so much so that they are probably baked once each week.
