Baked Oysters

Ingredients
Oyters- enough to cover a glass pyrex pie plate in a single layer

cloves garlic, minced
1/4
cup olive oil
2/3
cup breadcrumbs
1/2
cup parmesan cheese
Oyster water from oyster container/pint (can stretch with clam juice)- enough to make it soupy
Directions
1.
Line bottom of bowl with olive oil and mix in garlic.
2.
Add 1/3 cup breadcrumbs and then 1/3 cup cheese (mixture should still be loose).
3.
Lay oysters over cheese with 3/4 cup oyster water.
4.
Add another layer of breadcrumbs and cheese on top of oysters.
5.
Finish with dusting of breadcrumbs on top.
6.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 mins (until brown on edges).
