In a pot of boiling water seasoned with salt, cook pasta until al dente.

Cut onions and bell peppers into 1/2 inch slices. In a large saute pan or wok, add/spray oil and saute the veggies until tender on medium to high heat. Remove veggies from heat and set aside.

Add ground beef to saute pan or wok. Use a wooden spoon or other sturdy spatula to break the meat up into large pieces in the pan. Let it brown for several minutes.

Add the following to the beef: soy sauce, gochujang, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, minced ginger, chili powder, and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add back to the seasoned beef mixture the veggies.

Add cooked noodles to the beef and veggie mixture. Stir to ensure the noodles are covered with mixture.
