Momma's Lasagna

Ingredients
2
lb hamburger, browned
1
jar Ragu Robosto sauteed onion & garlic spaghetti sauce
3
cups cottage cheese, drained
2
eggs, beaten
1/2
cup Parmesan cheese
lasagna noodles
minced garlic, optional
shredded cheddar cheese
shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray a 9x13 pan.

After hamburger is browned, add spaghetti sauce, minced garlic to taste and simmer.
3.
In a separate bowl, combine eggs, cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese, stir well.
4.
Cook noodles according to package directions. In the pan, lay 3 noodles down, followed by 1/2 the hamburger mixture, 1/2 the cottage cheese mixture and about 1 1/2 c. each cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
5.
Repeat layers one more time and add a final layer of noodles. Top with as much cheese as you like and gently push down on lasagna so it all squishes together.
6.
Bake for 45 minutes to an hour.
7.
Let set away from heat for 15 minutes before serving.
