Ingredients

lb hamburger

can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
1/2
tsp garlic powder
2
small onions chopped
1
can tomato puree
2
tbsp chili powder
1
tsp cumin
2
cans (15 oz) pinto beans
Directions
1.
Brown meat and onion. Drain off fat and rinse with hot water. Add all cans of tomatoes and the cumin, garlic powder and chili powder. Simmer for 1 hour.

Add beans and heat.
3.
Serve buffet style: serve in individual dishes in the following order: Start with meat mixture, then Fritos, cooked rice, cheddar cheese, green onion, lettuce, tomato, black olives, chopped pecans, coconut, picante sauce and whatever else you may want! Pile on top into a mound!
