Corn Salsa

From the Kitchen of Karen Fickey. A bit of a kick and a step outside of the norm. Great dish for gatherings, don't forget the chips!

Serves 5people
Ingredients
3
small cans of mexicorn
2
cups sharp shredded cheddar cheese
1
cup sour cream
3/4
cup mayo
1
bunch fresh chopped cilantro
1
bunch chopped green onions
1/4
tsp cumin
1
tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
1.
Combine all ingredients in medium sized bowl.
2.
Mix well.
3.
Refrigerate at least a few hours, overnight for best results.
4.
Serve with tortilla chips.
5.
Keep chilled, may need to play serving bowl on ice.
