Korean Style Roast Beef

Mackie & I took a cooking class on Wednesday nights at North Ave Presbyterian Church when we were members there. This was one of the best things we cooked. It is Korean bulgolgi (sp?)

Ingredients
1 1/2
lb Sliced beef (sirloin, tenderloin, t-bone)
1/4
cup soy sauce

tbsp sesame oil

tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

tbsp chopped garlic

tbsp chopped green onion

tbsp sugar

tsp black pepper
combine all ingredients except beef in a medium bowl. add beef and marinate for 30 min. stir fry 10 minutes on medium heat. serve over rice
