Ingredients

cup flour
1 1/2
eggs
1/4
tsp salt
1/2
tsp oil
Directions
1.
Form a well in the flour and pour the beat eggs in the center. Also add the salt and oil.
2.
Mix with a fork until shaggy dough forms.
3.
Form a ball with dough and knead out for 6-8 minutes. Store dough for 8 minutes.
4.
Cut into two halves and run through pasta machine.
