cup Oatmeal

cups Almond Milk
1
Apple
2
tsp Cinnamon
2
tsp Maple Syrup
1
cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
Directions
1.
In a medium sauce pan combine the almond milk, oatmeal, cinnamon and maple syrup. Heat on low until most of the milk is absorbed. Stir as needed.
2.
Add apples and apple sauce then stir.
3.
Stir for 15-20 minutes or until all of the apple sauce and milk is absorbed.
4.
Serve!
