Add melted butter, vanilla and anise flavoring; mix lightly.

Add flour and baking powder; blend well.

Put a spoonful on a pre-heated Petzella machine or grill. Close lid and let cook for 30-60 seconds. When done, lift off with a fork while still warm and place on a rack to cool.
