Silver Dollar Protein Pancakes

These little pancakes are great for a portable burst of protein and will keep you full for hours.

egg whites

cup rolled oats

cup low-fat cottage cheese

tsp baking powder
1/2
tsp vanilla extract
Directions
1.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl

Cook on a preheated griddle (medium-low heat) until the mixture bubbles.
3.
Flip pancakes and let cook for another 60 seconds.
